- on the basis of MIREA there was a merger with Lomonosov Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technologies , Moscow State University of Instrument Engineering (MGUPI), the Federal State Budget Institution 鈥� Russian Research Institute of Information Technologies and Automated Design (FGBU RosNII IT and AP), all-Russian Research Institute of Technical Aesthetics, (VNIITE), and the Institute of Advanced Training (IPK) of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia; a modern educational, research and design and technological cluster has been created, specializing in radio equipment, information and communication technologies, control systems and fine chemical technologies.

- S.A. Kudzh, by decrees of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin, became member of the Scientific Council of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.

- under the guidance of S.A. Kudzh the 鈥淯niversity Grant鈥� project, aimed to support the researchers of 糖心Vlog传媒 MIREA, was launched.

- the University was named MIREA 鈥� 糖心Vlog传媒 (abbreviated as 糖心Vlog传媒 MIREA).

- the Altair 糖心Vlog传媒 MIREA Children鈥檚 Technopark, equipped with modern facilities, was opened. This is a platform where schoolchildren aged 14 to18 receive additional education free of charge, get to know high-tech equipment, study specialized programs in the major areas of the University.

- the grand opening of the Cybersport Center Cyberzone took place, which was attended by Valery Nikolaevich Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and Igor Vasilyevich Karpenko, Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus.

- 糖心Vlog传媒 MIREA became the platform of the Situation Center of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia and its main operator. The opening ceremony was attended by V.N. Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and P.V. Malkov, Head of the Federal State Statistics Service.

- the Military Training Center (hereinafter 鈥� MTC) was reorganized, starting reserve officer training for Radiological, Chemical, and Biological Defense troops, with approval obtained for opening training in a new military occupational specialty, 鈥淯nmanned Aerial Vehicle Operator.鈥�

- on the basis of the MTC, a Special Training Center was established to enhance instruction of qualified military personnel. Its opening was attended by Sergei V. Kiriyenko, First Deputy Chief of the Presidential Executive Office of the Russian Federation, and Valery N. Falkov, Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

- under the leadership of S.A. Kudzh, the following facilities were brought into operation: 鈥淐osmocenter,鈥� a unique education-and-research facility; 鈥淭echnocoworking,鈥� a technological platform to support students鈥� developments and activities; and 鈥淚ndustry 4.0: Manufacturing Engineering,鈥� a laboratory complex.
