On April 20 and 21, 2016 in Moscow Technological University (campus in Stromynka Street) there took place 1st International Scientific and Practical Conference "Modern Researches of Human Resources Management Problems" organized by the Department "Organizational and Personnel Work in Public Authorities".

The plenary and section meetings were participated by the representatives of the leading Universities of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia:
The Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus,
Sarsen Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University,
Southern Federal University,
V. I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University,
Moscow Technological University MIREA,
Vologda State University,
Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University,
North Caucasian Federal University
and others.

The conference was opened by S. A. Kudzh, Doctor of Engineering, Rector of the University. During two days of the conference there were made reports on modern approaches to Human Resources Management. The participants discussed the issues of selection, motivation, professional development and training. The reports of the speakers from Khabarovsk, Yekaterinburg and the Republic of Kazakhstan were made on-line. The conference was closed by Sokolov V. V., Doctor of Engineering, First Vice Rector of the University, who handed diplomas and valuable presents to the participants. 1st Degree Diplomas were handed to V. I. Ostrovsky (Southern Federal University) and K.I. Shmygun (The Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus), 2nd Degree Diploma — T.N. Kuluk (V. I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University), 3rd Degree Diplomas — K.A. Shram (Moscow Technological University MIREA) and A.V. Nedeli (Voronezh State University). By the results of the work of the section "Topical Issues of Human Resources Formation" 1st Degree Diploma was handed to E.V. Klimova (Vologda State University), 2nd Degree Diploma — A.V. Donets (Southern Federal University), 3rd Degree Diploma — A.A. Kurazayeva (Moscow Technological University MIREA), and by the results of the work of the section "Topical Issues of Human Resources Development" 1st Degree Diploma — D. S. Baranova (Yaroslav-the-Wise Novgorod State University), 2nd Degree Diploma — O. A. Smagina (North Caucasian Federal University), 3rd Degree Diploma — Y.V. Pavlenko (I. S. Turgenev Orel State University).
