The event will take place from 21 to 24 December. The forum is organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia, MIREA — ����Vlog��ý, Center for International and Regional Policy with the support of the National Council of Youth and Children's Associations of Russia, the Gorchakov Foundation and the Russian-Baltic Media Center.

The purpose of the Forum is the development of Russian-Georgian youth cooperation, the strengthening of friendly and professional ties between the youth leaders of Georgia and Russia.
