From November 7 to 11, Yekaterinburg hosted the IX International High-Tech Professions Championship (“Hi-Tech”) and the II Rationalization and Productivity Cup.

The championship was held at the Expo-Yekaterinburg International Exhibition Center. The event was organized by the Agency for the Development of Skills and Professions with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives to promote new projects, major holdings, and corporations.

Competitive cases were formed on the basis of the actual requests from the enterprises.

Daniil Kireev, a student of the Institute of Cybersecurity and Digital Technologies, was a member of the Rosatom team; the team became the leader in the medal standings having won 60 awards and the main prize at the II Rationalization and Productivity Cup.

Daniil Kireev won silver in the “Corporate protection against internal threats to information security” competency contest.

Congratulations to Daniil. and also to Magomedov Shamil Gasanguseinovich, head of the “Intelligent Information Security Systems” department, the faculty of the department, and the trainer – the senior lecturer at the department Igor Denisovich Kotilevets, who raised the champion.
