On the instruction of the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin, upon the results of the Address to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in 2021, the Federal Agency for Tourism and the Presidential Platform “Russia is a Land of Opportunities”, together with the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Russian Znaniye Society are organizing and conducting unique trips around Russia for the most enterprising and active participants in competitions and projects of the Russia — the Land of Opportunities platform and the Russian Znaniye Society.

Arina Maksimovna Goryacheva, a student of the gaming profile implemented jointly with VK at the Institute of Information Technologies of ����Vlog��ý MIREA, took part in the Start the game! competition for beginner game developers, designers, game designers and anyone who would like to start a career in game development. Within the framework of this competition, candidates were selected for one of the events of the More than a Journey program — an intensive course on the creation and development of gamedev communities in Russia. Arina Maksimovna successfully passed the selection and, together with only 70 people from all regions of Russia, visited the events listed below:

lecture from Sergey Sharygin, head of the VK promotion group;

lecture from Evgeny Vasiliev, COO of IThub games;

lecture by Alesya Bulgakova, curator of the Indicator Game Authors Library project;

case study by Sergey Himmelreich, R&D Gamedesign expert, Creative mobile, founder of the Indicator community of indie developers;

game jam of board games with the presentation of the author's projects;

VK headquarters, Yandex Museum and Skolkovo.
