On March 13, the Doors Open Day of ����Vlog��ý MIREA in 2022 was held for the third time, and this time it was at the University premises. Schoolchildren and their parents were welcomed by the students and teaching staff at the Institute of Radio Electronics and Informatics and the Institute of Advanced Technologies and Industrial Programming. About 800 people took part in the event.

Excursions to several mega-laboratories of the Institute of Radioelectronics and Informatics have become very popular with the visitors, specifically, the Radioelectronic Technologies mega-laboratories and the Educational and Research Center for Space Monitoring (“KosMoCentre”).

During the event, the applicants were able to communicate with the teaching staff, graduates and students taking various training courses, programs and studying various specialties at the Institute of Radio Electronics and Informatics and the Institute of Advanced Technologies and Industrial Programming. Popular science lectures were held for those who attended the Doors Open Day: “Design and visual communications” and “Machine learning in Python”, a master class “Revolutionary solutions in materials science and additive manufacturing” and other exciting activities.

The major attraction for the applicants had become the interactive zones “Virtual Reality in Mechanical Engineering” and “Laser Shooting Range”, where those who wished could shoot balloons with a laser gun, examine the stand of the Radio Lab student laboratory, and get familiarized with other interactive zones.

Applicants paid special attention to the presentations of the Institute of Radio Electronics and Informatics and the Institute of Advanced Technologies and Industrial Programming, as well as the information of the Admission Committee of ����Vlog��ý MIREA, where they received all the necessary up-date about the advantages of the institutes and learnt about the procedure for entering the University.
