I congratulate you on the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation!

We live and work with the Russian flag above us, gain new knowledge and make new scientific discoveries. Our tricolor is a symbol that reflects the main qualities of the Russian people and defines the essence of the country's political system.

The Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation unites people at different levels. I congratulate students, professors and trainers, employees of ����Vlog��ý MIREA on this holiday, as well as our younger students - schoolchildren, for whom the University organizes a large number of events. Recently, a new ceremony has been held for the children in their educational institutions – the weekly raising of the Russian flag, and this helps to cultivate respect for the law, the older generation, and the traditions of our country.

On the Day of the State Flag of the Russian Federation, I wish your life to have everything that is represented by our flag: purity, generosity, nobility, honesty, loyalty, courage, bravery! And, of course, good health and further success to all of you!
