The delegates from the North China University of Technology - Hu Inping, Vice President, and Yan Tszyan, Dean of the Electronic and Information Technology Department, met with the representatives of Moscow Technological University, headed by President A.S. Sigov.

At the meeting, the issues of mutually beneficial cooperation between the Universities in the field of education and scientific activity were discussed. The delegates from China offered two exchange programs - for professionals and students. They invited the leading professors of Moscow Technological University to conduct a series of open lectures in Beijing for Chinese students.

Within the framework of the exchange program, there will be opportunities for general scientific activity of the two Universities. "The most important thing for us is to find common ground for cooperation. We need to understand how we can interact and help each other, learn the methods of our foreign colleagues, scientific interests and directions. This can be understood only when working together in laboratories. From the point of view of science, it is important for universities to conduct joint research, since this gives an impetus for further development" - mentioned A.S. Sigov.

The guests went on an excursion, during which professors E.D. Mishina and K.A. Vorotilov showed the scientific laboratories of the Physics Technology Institute. At the Cybernetics Institute Associate Prof. A.M. Romanov demonstrated robots, which are used by leading universities in the world for research and development of control algorithms. The colleagues from China demonstrated unique products created by the scientific staff of the University - quadrocopter with exceptional characteristics for the duration of work, a large radius of action and high carrying capacity, as well as a prototype of a three-dimensional human scan. "The prototype scans the human body and automatically determines its size, which is very important for training athletes. The device is serially produced by our partners and delivered to sports organizations, " - told A.M. Romanov.

Summarizing the meeting, the representatives of Moscow Technological University and the North China University of Technology came to the conclusion that they made important steps towards each other. Both sides are confident of successful cooperation in the field of educational and research activities.
