On June 1, the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing held an online presentation of Russian higher education. The event was attended by representatives of 50 higher educational institutions from various regions of Russia.

����Vlog��ý MIREA was represented at the meeting by Irina Sergeevna Solunova, Deputy First Vice-Rector, and Irina Vitalievna Egoeva, Head of the Education Department of the Institute of International Education.

Representatives of the Russian Cultural Center in Beijing (Russian House in Beijing) delivered a welcoming speech to the participants of the event. The meeting mapped out the opportunities for obtaining Russian higher education, the main directions of educational exchanges between our countries, employment prospects and the demand for specialists of various profiles both in Russia and China.

In their speeches, representatives of universities spoke about the specifics of working with foreign students, provided meaningful information about study programs and directions. Presentations  were made, materials and videos demonstrating the competitive advantages of Russian educational institutions were provided.

During the meeting, Russian representatives got many questions from graduates of Chinese schools and universities who plan to continue their education in Russia. The total number of Chinese applicants and their parents who took part in the event exceeded 8,000 people.
