Every year, students of the Institute of Information Technologies get new opportunities to take additional free training courses from technology partners. In order to make this possible, the teaching staff of the Institute intensively prepare for the new academic year in the summer.

From September 2022, together with PJSC Rostelecom, the IT Institute plans to launch a new annual course "Profession DevOps Engineer". To prepare this course, 23 employees of the Institute of Information Technologies completed a teacher training course from PJSC Rostelecom. To complete the training, all trainers and instructors visited the office of PJSC Rostelecom, where they successfully passed the certification.

As part of the DevOps Engineer Profession course, students will be able to gain the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to master the relevant profession. In the course of training, students will get acquainted with the basics of operating system administration, with infrastructure management using Terraform, virtualization, container orchestration, and many other technologies necessary for a DevOps engineer.
