On October 30, the Youth Council members held a meeting with the Youth Organizations leaders of the CIS states at Moscow State University of Information Technologies, Radio Engineering and Electronics (Vernadsky Avenue campus). The leaders submitted proposals on the youth cooperation development between the countries. S. A. Kudzh, the University Rector, participated in the meeting, which was on the agenda of 18th Session of the Youth Council of the Commonwealth of Independent States held in Moscow with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

The Youth Council members are the heads of profile public authorities and representatives of the public youth associations participating in the realization of the state youth policy of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
