The participants of the signing ceremony were: on behalf of MIREA - A. S. Sigov, the President, on behalf of the Indonesian party - the Rector of Gunadarma University, the Rector of Merchu Buana University, the Rector of Esa Ungul University, the Rector of Nusantara Business Institute, coordinators of private higher educational institutions (the second, third, ninth regions) of the Ministry of Scientific Research and Higher Education. Mr. Dzhaukhari Oratmangun, the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Indonesia in Russia was the ceremony’s guest of honor.

During the meeting the parties discussed further cooperation and topical issues of higher education in Russia and Indonesia. All the participants of the meeting expressed interest in the development of all-round relations between MIREA and higher educational institutions of Indonesia.
