The IV Industry Championship in information technology DigitalSkills 2022, which took place in Kazan in September, is a unique opportunity to receive an independent assessment from more than 300 representatives of the expert community.

The championship, organized by the Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan and Independent Non-Profit Organization “Agency for the Development of Professional Excellence (WorldSkills Russia)”, is aimed at implementing the measures of the “Personnel for the Digital Economy” federal project of the “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” national program.

Traditionally, the competitive list includes the FutureSkills competency, including cross-competences that arise during the transformation of traditional industries under the influence of digital technologies.

In the competency “Corporate protection against internal threats to information security” in the individual standings, an honorable third place was taken by Daniil Yuryevich Kireev, student of the ICS (coach — Igor Denisovich Kotilevets, senior lecturer of the Intelligent Information Security Systems department).
