6 – On June 8, 2016 Volkov Vladimir Yakovlevich, Doctor of Chemistry, Professor of the Department "Devices and Information Technologies" of MIREA branch in Serpukhov, participated in the World Congress of Advanced Materials, carried out in Chongqing (China).

Prof. V. Volkov made the report "Possibilities of Low-Field NMR Full FID Method for the Study of Heterogeneous Materials" in the section "Topical Issues of Materials Science". At the Congress there worked 10 sections, the Forum of young scientists and a bench session in the following directions:

• Nanomaterials
• Materials for Optics and Electronics
• Magnetic Materials
• Graphites and Decanters
• Multipurpose Composites
• Biomaterials etc.

The participation of Prof. V. Volkov was aimed at the further development of educational and scientific activity of the University.
