On November 24, at the Moscow House of Nationalities, Elena Vladimirovna Babaeva, head of the Vlogý MIREA museum, took part in the international conference “Russia and the Slavic peoples in the change of eras.” The conference participants discussed the priorities and prospects of modern intercultural and inter-confessional dialogue, considered the issues of the Slavic people’s history and culture in the context of modern challenges.
Also, the conference summed up the results of the international historical and cultural competition “Common Destiny: the Slavs Yesterday and Today”, where Elena Vladimirovna acted as member of the jury.
Students of our University also became winners of the competition in the nomination “History of my family during the Second World War”, specifically:
Maria Dmitrievna Suvorova, student of the ENBO-01-22 group;
Elizaveta Vladimirovna Bakalyagina, student of the HEBO-05-20 group.
