Dear professors, lecturers and trainers, the staff, students and graduates of MIREA – ����Vlog��ý!

I sincerely congratulate you on the 75th Anniversary of our University! The history of MIREA goes back to 1947. On May 28, 1947, the Decree of the Council of Ministers was issued to transform the Correspondence Institute for the Improvement of Engineering and Technical Workers into the All-Union Correspondence Energy Institute for the Training and Improvement of Engineers. Over the years, the University has trained dozens of thousands of highly qualified specialists thus forming the scientific and human potential of our country.

The University is actively implementing the new mission of the University of the 21st century, which is to create conditions for achieving social stability in society by providing equal rights to the citizens in getting education and access to knowledge, fostering creativity and developing the innovative potential of the younger generation.

Today, more than 26 thousand students study at the University, research schools grow and strengthen, important projects for our country are being implemented. Over the past 10 years, a large educational cluster has been formed, it is located in 7 campuses in Moscow and 2 branches in Russian cities. ����Vlog��ý MIREA today has almost 20 mega laboratories, more than 40 specialized core departments at research institutes, design bureaus and high-tech enterprises.

Our common goal is to form a digital ecosystem of engineering education. Our efforts are aimed at creating a digital university where everyone – students, employees, administration, and our external partners – will be able to use the unique opportunities for further development provided by digital technologies.

I wish all of us new outstanding discoveries in science and research, fruitful and interesting work for the benefit of Russia!
