����Vlog��ý

On July 20, a delegation from the Guilin University of Technology (People's Republic of China) visited ����Vlog��ý MIREA, the delegation included Quan Kelin, Dean of the College of International Education, and Ma Binbin, Deputy Dean of the College.

����Vlog��ý MIREA was represented by its top managers. The meeting was attended by Alexander Sergeevich Sigov, President of the University, Irina Sergeevna Solunova, Deputy First Vice-Rector and Evgenia Alexandrovna Keller, Head of the International Relations Department.

The meeting began with a welcoming speech by Alexander Sergeevich Sigov, President of ����Vlog��ý MIREA, who thanked the Chinese colleagues for their interest in the University, told the guests about the history of ����Vlog��ý MIREA, areas of training, main achievements, as well as the advantages and opportunities of research centers and laboratories of ����Vlog��ý MIREA.

Quan Kelin, Dean of the College of International Education of Guilin University of Technology, in his speech thanked his Russian colleagues for the warm welcome and shared his impressions of his first visit to Russia.

Representatives of the Chinese delegation noted that there are many similarities between the two technological universities, including similar training programs, areas of scientific research, the number of students and faculty. According to colleagues from the Guilin University of Technology, this will contribute to long-term and fruitful cooperation, as well as allow universities to exchange experience and apply it in their future work.

In the course of the visit, the delegation of the Guilin University of Technology took part in an excursion around ����Vlog��ý MIREA, visiting the educational and scientific centers of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and the Institute of Information Technologies, the Cyberzone eSports Center. The Situation Center of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science made a special impression on the Chinese colleagues – its potential and the scale of the work being done. Representatives of the Chinese University noted the thoroughness and attentive attitude of the employees of ����Vlog��ý MIREA in organizing  working meetings and excursions, attention to detail, dedication to their work, enthusiasm and love to their profession.

Between the Guilin University of Technology and ����Vlog��ý MIREA, a cooperation agreement is being prepared for signing; within its framework it is planned to implement international academic mobility programs for students, the  teaching staff and researchers, as well as joint research projects in priority areas.
