����Vlog��ý

Representatives of ����Vlog��ý MIREA – E.A. Slezkina, Deputy Director of the Institute of International Education, I.Yu. Burceva, acting Head of the Department of International Relations – took part in the X International Exhibition-Fair “Russian Education. Tajikistan-2022”, which was held from June 10 to 13 in the cities of Dushanbe and Khujand. The event was organized by the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, with the support of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tajikistan, and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

Dilovar Bakhriddin Kodirzoda, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, Igor Semyonovich Lyakin-Frolov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Tajikistan, Tokhir Abdullo Khodjazoda, Rector of the Russian-Tadjik Slavonic University (RTSU), Ivan Sergeevich Ivanov, Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo office in Tajikistan, and his deputy Pavel Anatolyevich Shevtsov attended the opening ceremony. 

This year at the fair, along with ����Vlog��ý MIREA, 34 universities from Russia, 4 branches of Moscow universities in Tajikistan and Belarusian universities represented their educational institutions.

The 10th Jubilee International Exhibition-Fair “Russian Education. Tajikistan-2022” evoked great interest, in total it was attended by about 4,000 people.

During the event, the visitors were able to familiarize themselves with higher educational institutions in Russia, learn about the terms and conditions for admission, training and internships, take a close look at the programs for foreign students, the living conditions, leisure and scholarships offered by Russian universities. When visiting the exhibition, everyone was able to find something to their liking, choose a university and a department appealing to them, get advice directly from representatives of universities.

The ����Vlog��ý MIREA booth was visited by more than 2,000 applicants interested in undergraduate and graduate programs in the fields of information and computer technologies, electronics, radio engineering, robotics, cybernetics, chemistry, biotechnology, etc.

Everyone willing could personally communicate with E.A. Slezkina, Deputy Director of the Institute of International Education, I.Yu. Burceva, acting Head of the Department of International Relations, ask questions of interest and get all the necessary information about the admission rules, programs and areas of study, in a live conversation, learn about the infrastructure of the University, the conditions for life and study, find out more about the city where the university is located.

More than 100 applicants were able to evaluate their chances for admission to ����Vlog��ý MIREA by passing a trial test in specialized disciplines.

The exhibition in Tajikistan became the eleventh field career guidance event for representatives of ����Vlog��ý MIREA in the 2021/2022 academic year. In total, since September 2021, the Institute of International Education of ����Vlog��ý MIREA, together with the Department of International Relations, took part in eight face-to-face educational exhibitions-fairs in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, in three online exhibitions in Kyrgyzstan and the Republic of Belarus, in qualifying events within the framework of implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 08, 2013 No. 891 “On the establishment of a quota for the education of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation” in Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The total number of foreign applicants covered by the above events reached nearly 40 thousand people.

The participation of representatives of ����Vlog��ý MIREA in such international events allows to strengthen cooperation in education and develop relations between the youth of the Russian Federation and the CIS countries, and also strengthen the status of the University in the international arena as an advanced educational and research center, one of the leaders in the field of training highly qualified specialists for rapidly developing knowledge-intensive branches of science and technology.
