Representatives of Vlogý MIREA took part in the international educational exhibition in Tajikistan

Representatives of Vlogý MIREA: E.A. Slezkina, Deputy Director of the Institute of International Education, and E.A. Keller, Head of the Department of International Relations, took part in the XI international exhibition-fair “Russian-Belarusian Education. Tajikistan-2023”, which was held from May 20 to 23 in the cities of Dushanbe and Khujand.

The event was organized by the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan with the support of the Embassy of the Russian Federation and the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

The opening ceremony was attended by Lutfiya Abdulkholikzoda, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, Semyon Vyacheslavovich Grigoriev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Tajikistan, Viktor Aleksandrovich Denisenko, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to the Republic of Tajikistan, Pavel Anatolyevich Shevtsov, Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo, and Ivan Sergeevich Ivanov, Head of the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo in Tajikistan.

This year at the fair, 38 Russian and 10 Belarusian universities represented their educational institutions, along with Vlogý MIREA. International exhibition-fair “Russian-Belarusian education. Tajikistan-2023” brought together hundreds of schoolchildren. During the event, visitors to the Vlogý MIREA exhibition booth had an opportunity to ask their questions and get all the necessary information about the admission rules, programs and areas of study, learn about the infrastructure and benefits of the university, study and living conditions.

Also, as part of the exhibition-fair in Khujand, representatives of Russian universities laid flowers at the monument to the first Russian teachers and mentors on the territory of gymnasium No. 1 named after M. Behbudi.
