Vlogý MIREA became a partner of the Aerospace Innovation Valley

On February 28, MIREA – Vlogý and the Aerospace Innovation Valley Innovative Science and Technology Center signed a cooperation agreement. The document was signed during the opening of the new center in Ryazan by Pavel Novitsky, General Director of the management company INTC AKID, and Igor Rogov, Advisor to the Administration of the Vlogý MIREA.

The opening ceremony of the Aerospace Innovation Valley was attended by Pavel Malkov, Governor of the Ryazan Region, Pavel Novitsky, General Director of JSC “MC ICTC “AKID”, Yuri Borisov, General Director of the State Corporation “Roscosmos”, Sergey Korotkov, General Designer - Deputy General Director of PJSC “UAC”, Sergey Krikalev, President of Aircraft Sports of Russia Federation, Vadim Medvedev, General Director of the National Technological Initiative Project Support Fund, Denis Kravchenko, Deputy of the State Duma, First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Valeria Vorobyova, Director of the Department for Strategic Development and Innovation of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, and others.

The initiative to create the Aerospace Innovation Valley belongs to Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation. For almost a year, the Government of Russia, the authorities of the Ryazan region and its residents have been working to organize this work. The purpose of the new ICTC (Innovation and Scientific Technological Center) is to support high-tech private companies and join forces with the leaders of the aerospace industry to solve urgent problems of technological and industrial development. An innovative platform with a research infrastructure will be created, on the basis of which new technologies, products, and educational programs will be introduced.

In total, there are four interrelated areas of activity of the ICTC: aerospace systems and technologies; radio engineering, electrical engineering, electronics; information systems and technologies; biomedical technologies and medical products.

The agreement provides for the interaction between Vlogý MIREA and ICTC “AKID” in research and educational activities.
