On March 17, the Personnel Laboratory business game was held at the Youth Techno-coworking center at ����Vlog��ý MIREA. The event was organized as part of a pilot project for the Intern of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia personnel reserve training of the state civil service.

The event started with a welcoming speech by A.R. Gatiyatov, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

In total, five teams with mentors took part in the business game. In the process of preparing for the defense of the projects, the participants turned to multi-discipline specialists.

Thanks to the Intern of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia pilot project, graduates have got the opportunity to start a career trajectory in the federal state civil service and solve important national objectives.

The goal of the project is to raise the prestige and social appeal of the federal state civil service for the younger generation. Also, the initiative is aimed at forming a personnel reserve of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia to fill in the positions of the federal state civil service through competitive selection and professional retraining of the most capable and promising graduates of educational institutions of higher education in Moscow.
