On August 5, the international conference on computer engineering and robotics IEEE 2019 (IEEE RCAR 2019), organized by ����Vlog��ý MIREA in cooperation with the Institute of Advanced Technologies of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shenzhen, PRC), was open in Irkutsk.



The conference was held in Irkutsk from August 4 to 9. The goal of the conference was to provide researchers with a floor to share the most up-to-date results and explore opportunities for collaboration in research and development.
