����Vlog��ý

On May 19, at the MGIMO Club of German Studies of the Scientific Student Society, a meeting was held in a mixed format with Dina Alexandrovna Sokolova, Deputy Director of the Institute of Youth Policy and International Relations of ����Vlog��ý MIREA, head of the Russian Coordinating Bureau for Youth Cooperation with Germany.

Since 2019, the Institute of Youth Policy and International Relations of ����Vlog��ý MIREA has been participating in the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on youth cooperation dated December 21, 2004 and is responsible for organizing the activities of the Russian Coordinating Bureau on youth cooperation with Germany.

The theme of the master class held by the Institute of Youth Policy and International Relations of ����Vlog��ý MIREA for the Club of German Studies of the NSC MGIMO, was “Russian-German youth cooperation: history and prospects”.

As part of the master class, Dina Alexandrovna Sokolova spoke about the history of the development of youth relations with Germany, the structure of bilateral youth cooperation, the activities of the Russian Coordinating Bureau on youth cooperation with Germany, priority areas and youth exchange projects that were implemented in 2004-2021, the current situation in the Russian-German youth cooperation.

The master class program included watching a film prepared as part of the Russian-German Year of Youth Exchanges 2016–2017, and a film about the IV Youth Forum of the partner cities of Russia and Germany that was held by ����Vlog��ý MIREA with the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science in June 2021. This allowed the participants to familiarize themselves with the experience of conducting bilateral youth exchanges on specific examples.

The meeting focused on the discussion of the possibilities of cooperation with the youth of Germany today and further prospects in this area.
