From April 24 to April 28, motivational interviews were held in Dushanbe for candidates planning to get free education in Russian universities covered by the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation for master's, postgraduate and residency programs in the 2023/2024 academic year. The selection events were organized as part of the implementation of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation “On establishing a quota for the education of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation” of December 18, 2020, No. 2150.

At the invitation of the representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo () in the Republic of Tajikistan, employees of more than 20 Russian universities from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Voronezh, Krasnoyarsk, Ulyanovsk, Tomsk, Stavropol, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod and other cities took part in motivational interviews. I.S. Solunova, Deputy First Vice-Rector, and E.A. Keller, Head of the Department of International Relations, represented ����Vlog��ý MIREA in the selection events.

As part of the event, the parties also drew attention to the joint work of ����Vlog��ý MIREA and the Russian House in Dushanbe and Khujand on various projects dedicated to the Year of the Russian Language as the Language of Interethnic Communication in the CIS.
