On June 9-10, the Youth Inter-Parliamentary Forum of the CIS Member States was held in St. Petersburg. It was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly and the 10th anniversary of the Youth Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (IMPA) operating within its framework.

Within the framework of the Forum, at the site of the 18th meeting of the MIPA CIS, Grigory Petushkov, Vice-Rector for Youth Policy of MIREA – ����Vlog��ý, member of the Council for Youth Affairs of the CIS Member States, Chairman of the National Council of Youth and Children's Associations of Russia informed the participants on the development of recommendations for improving the national legislation of the CIS member states on the issues of state youth policy.

One of the items on the agenda of the meeting was a Report on measures to identify and support talented children and young people, which was delivered by Tatyana Novikova, ����Vlog��ý MIREA expert, General Director of the Media and Business Information and Consulting Agency, Chairman of the Board of the Viktor Bokov Creative Heritage Foundation.
