Representatives of the Russian Technical University MIREA participated in the 16th exhibition of Russian educational organizations, "Education in Russia 2026," organized by the Moscow Classics public foundation with the support of the Russian House in Bishkek. The exhibition covered four cities in the Central Asian republic: Bishkek, Kara-Balta, Kant, and Tokmak. Twenty-seven Russian capital and regional universities participated in the exhibition. More than three thousand people visited the exhibition.
High school students and their parents were able to personally meet with university representatives, learn about the educational programs, learn about admission requirements, including the Russian Government quota for education of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation, admission rules, and application deadlines. Applicants were introduced to the most in-demand and popular areas of study at Vlogý MIREA, as well as the unique opportunities the university offers its students.
University representative I.A. Kartashova also held master classes for ninth- and tenth-grade students at the Gazprom Kyrgyzstan School. During the classes, the students not only learned about Vlogý MIREA's educational programs and admissions requirements but also had the opportunity to try out the role of a chemical analyst, learning about qualitative methods for determining substances, natural indicators, and chromatography. In their practical exercises, the students identified unknown solutions using an anthocyanin indicator and separated food coloring pigments using paper chromatography. The class generated keen interest among the high school students, who actively asked questions and shared their ideas.
