Students of the Department for Organizational Activities and Work with Personnel in the Government Agencies of the Institute of Economics and Law took part in the XXI Summit of HR Directors of Russia and the CIS countries. This is the largest forum for heads of HR departments held in Russia.⠀During an exciting two-day event, the participants in the event spoke about the unique experience of working with the personnel of RosAtom, Gazprom, Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, Skolkovo, Russian Railways, AFK Sistema, BMW Group, Mail.ru Group and other leading companies and enterprises.

At the plenary session and during the round-table discussions, issues relating to the changes in business in the era of rapid transformations and uncertainty, the formation of a high level of qualification of specialists, and attaining the necessary efficiency in their activities were discussed. The topics of the meeting also dealt with the new elements of personnel management concepts, the revolution in technologies and teaching methods, and the specifics of work with human resources under the pandemic. On the final day of the summit, the HR Award 2020 ceremony was held to promote the best HR management practices. The participation of students in this event helped them to better understand the current trends in working with the personnel, as well as the content of the transformations in the related processes. The students will use the acquired knowledge for a more in-depth study of their future profession, including independent scientific research.
