On April 20-21, the hackathon was held at the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI, the participants of which were asked to solve an IT problem in one of six thematic areas from the largest industrial companies: Rosatom State Corporation, Russian Railways, Mostransproekt, VK, T1, Geogracom . In total, more than 60 teams took part in the event.

Mikhail Aleksandrovich Burnaev and Alexandra Sergeevna Bondar, 3rd year students of the Information Technologies in the Nuclear Industry major in Software Engineering, took first place in a case from the Rosatom State Corporation, having developed an intelligent system for determining the emotional coloring of audio and video files in less than a day.

The achieved result is due, among other things, to the high level of training of students in Information Technologies in the Nuclear Industry, implemented by the Institute of Information Technologies for the benefit of the Rosatom State Corporation together with JSC Consist-OS and JSC Greenatom.
