On March 15 and 16, students of the Department of Information Technologies in Nuclear Energy of the Institute of Information Technologies of ����Vlog��ý MIREA attended the HR EXPO PRO 2023, the annual international conference and exhibition of the HR industry, the general partner of which is the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, represented by JSC Greenatom.

From the presentations of many speakers representing their companies, students learned useful information about the state of the IT industry in Russia and the world, as well as the skills needed to increase the value of a single job seeker in the labor market. Most companies support the idea of transferring IT staff to remote jobs, and in Greenatom, since 2020, most employees have the opportunity to work from home.

The students also had a chance to talk to Natalia Yuryevna Pichugina, HR Director of JSC Greenatom, who offered them a number of valuable tips on employment in this company: “When considering resumes of the applicants, we give priority to students studying at our departments, such as the departments of ����Vlog��ý MIREA. During the preparation for employment, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of “supra-professional” skills (soft skills); and in GreenAtom the ability to work in a team is especially appreciated.”
