Fourth-year students of the program 27.03.05 "Innovation Studies" at the Department of Innovation Management of the Institute of Management Technologies, members of the student academic association "InPerIss," have become winners of international sporttech innovation competitions.

Natalia Frolova, Arseniy Mordovin, and Alexey Maksimov, representing their project Stellar Wave, took prizes at two prestigious venues:

• Second place at the International Competition "Phygital Sporttech Innovation Cup 2026" (ITMO University, St. Petersburg). The smart clothing project with climate control made it into the top 2 among university and international startups.

• Second place at HSE FEST 2026 (Higher School of Economics, St. Petersburg). They received a prize of 500,000 rubles for the best project, plus bonuses of 50,000 rubles for advertising and targeted ads on VK.

The students' project work demonstrates the practice-oriented and real-world task-focused approach of education at ����Vlog��ý MIREA. Creating technological solutions for the field of physical culture and sports helps to develop an engineering mindset, fosters teamwork skills, and strengthens the professional competencies of future specialists in the field of innovation studies.
