The students of the Organizational and personnel work in public authorities department of the Institute of Management Technologies of the University performed successfully at the XIII International Interuniversity Personnel Forum named after I. Kibanov. The Forum was organized by the State University of Management.

The Forum included several events, specifically: a scientific and practical conference, thematic competitions held in absentia, a student Olympiad, and a specialized conference

Our students prepared articles and presentations, participated in the Olympiad, solved professional problems in specially created project teams.

Upon the results of the forum, the research work of I. Sokolova “The problem of a differentiated approach to the management of the personnel of military organizations and ways to solve it” was awarded with a diploma “The best innovative idea in personnel management”.

Teams made up of students from different universities took part in the Student Olympiad. Representatives of MIREA – ����Vlog��ý had the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills among their peers.

The Justice Management team, which included K. Akindinova, took second place according to the results of solving a business case from the ANCOR personnel holding. The team was also awarded by the jury of the Olympiad with a diploma in the nomination “Best case solution”.

As part of the Yunost team, I. Sokolov won first place in the Best Presentation nomination. In the same nomination, as part of the Headhunters team,
E. Kochegarova took second place, and the third place went to the Sliver team (N. Kozlovskaya).

The first place in the “Heroes of Recruiting” went to the “Hhunter” team (M. Berezina was also member of it).
