Two students and a graduate student of the Institute of Management Technologies under the scientific supervision of Irina Vyacheslavovna Shatskaya, head of the Department of Economics, became winners of the VI Innovative Development Strategies International Competition.

The Competition was organized by the Center for Strategic Studies and the Department of Economic and Financial Strategy of the Moscow School of Economics, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, North-Western Institute of Management, RANEPA, under the President of the Russian Federation with the participation of Shanghai University, MISiS University of Science and Technology and Kemerovo State University.

The main goal of the Competition is to promote and develop the strategy methodology, strategic thinking and skills of the strategist profession. All participants in the Competition submitted for consideration by the competition commission the results of their scientific research dealing with the subject of strategizing in various fields: economics, transport, industry, information technology, etc.

Schoolchildren, students, teachers and scientists from 31 countries of the world participated in the event: Russia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Brazil, Germany, Greece, India, China, Syria, Switzerland, South Korea, etc. They presented a total of 1,310 scientific and research works.

The competition commission was headed by Vladimir Lvovich Quint, a world-famous scientist, academician, Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor, honored worker of the higher school of the Russian Federation, laureate of the M.V. Lomonosov 1st degree award.

Valeria Alekseevna Khazanskaya, student of the GMBO-02-19 group.
