����Vlog��ý

On October 25, the Institute of International Education of ����Vlog��ý MIREA, together with the Representative Office of Rossotrudnichestvo () in the Republic of Tajikistan, held an international scientific and practical webinar on the topical issues of teaching methods of the Russian language at schools in Tajikistan. The webinar was aimed at strengthening the position of the Russian language, popularizing and stimulating interest in learning the Russian language in a new geopolitical situation, as well as identifying and supporting talented young people who want to study at ����Vlog��ý MIREA.

Ivan Sergeevich Ivanov, Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in the Republic of Tajikistan, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. He emphasized the role of the active career guidance work of ����Vlog��ý MIREA with schools in Tajikistan which contributed to the targeted selection of future applicants and reinforced their desire to study at ����Vlog��ý MIREA.

Also, N.V. Bykhovsky, Head of the Rossotrudnichestvo Representative Office in the city of Khujand, employees of the Russian House in Khujand, F.M. Sattarova, coordinator of educational programs, F. Khasanova, participant in the project “Russian teacher abroad”, M.N. Ziyaeva and F.N. Fayzullayeva teachers-methodologists of secondary schools in the city of Khujand, A.A. Yakubov, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of the Russian Language and Literature for Science at Khujand State University named after B. Gafurov. All in all, 42 people participated in the event.

On behalf of ����Vlog��ý MIREA, I.S. Solunova, Deputy First Vice-Rector of ����Vlog��ý MIREA, greeted the participants and noted the importance of joint work of teachers from Tajikistan and lecturers and trainers of the Department of Russian (as a foreign language) of the Institute of International Education in promoting the Russian language and Russian culture abroad for the benefit of developing international cultural and humanitarian cooperation and forming a positive image of the Russian Federation.

E.N. Tarasova, Head of the Department of the Russian Language (as a Foreign Language) of the Institute of International Education, member of the Unified State Examination Commission on Russian at the FIPI RF (Federal Institute of Pedagogical Assessments and Testing) in 2022, spoke about the possibility of cooperation between ����Vlog��ý MIREA with schools in Tajikistan in order to prepare future applicants to our University. O.E. Sergeeva, Professor of the Department of the Russian Language (as a Foreign Language) of the Institute of International Education, made a presentation on the topic “Norms of the modern Russian literary language: orthoepic, lexical, and morphological”.

In the end, the participants exchanged views and expressed their interest in expanding cooperation in teaching the Russian language in Tajikistan and preparing for entering ����Vlog��ý MIREA.
