The Russian-Asian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs held a meeting of delegations of the personnel service of Zhejiang Province and the National Union of Personnel, the leading Russian professional association. The delegation of the National Union of Personnel included Professor N.D. Kazakova from the Organizational and Personnel Work in Government Bodies Department.
