Volunteers of Vlogý MIREA set off to the Volcanoes of Kamchatka natural park

On July 23, the volunteers of Vlogý MIREA set off to Kamchatka, where they will carry out utilities and construction work on the Avachinsky Pass.

The Volcanoes of Kamchatka Nature Park is a specially protected natural area in Kamchatka, the largest in size in the Kamchatka Territory (2,475 million hectares). The park contains a large number of natural attractions that are of interest to many types of tourism, from ecological to extreme. Active and extinct volcanoes are located in protected areas.

In the territory of the Nalychevo Valley there is a large number of outlets of mineral and thermal springs. The park is framed by active volcanoes, such as: Avachinsky, Koryaksky, Zhupanovsky and Dzenzur.

Volunteers will repair bridges and pavilions on the Nyulka River, clean and mark trails, perform chores, install houses, and collect garbage left by tourists.
